Accounts and financial entries
Signing up is optional. We store your email address, chosen first name, salted password hash, login sessions, saved tool identifiers, any revenue or expense entries you manually create, and the launch checklist, website progress scores, growth goals and milestone tasks you save. We use these to run and synchronise your dashboard across devices. You can delete your account and all linked entries from your dashboard. Sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies. Your email address is used for sign-in; this version does not verify emails or send password-reset messages. We do not sell account data.
Storage and retention
Your account and saved entries remain until you delete them. Planner changes are also cached in browser storage for offline protection and conflict recovery. Account deletion clears that local cache on the device on which you delete the account, but browser-stored copies on other devices may persist until you clear that device’s website data. Login session tokens expire after 30 days; old sessions may remain as expired records until cleanup. Technical security logs and Cloudflare hosting metadata may be retained separately by the platform. You can request assistance using the site’s contact details once provided by the operator.
Tool inputs
The 110 standalone tools calculate and generate outputs locally in your browser. If you create an account, your email address, display name, password verifier, saved tools, manually entered financial records and saved planner data are stored in Cloudflare D1. Planner data are also stored locally in your browser to support interrupted connections and previous-version migration. Tool form inputs are not uploaded or automatically saved to your account.
Technical hosting
Cloudflare Pages hosts the files and may process visitors' IP addresses and technical metadata for performance and security under Cloudflare's own policies.
Advertising
The website includes Google AdSense publisher code. If ads are approved and enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure and personalise advertising, subject to applicable consent rules. A Google-certified consent management platform must be configured for relevant UK, EEA and Swiss audiences. Read Google's advertising privacy information.

Some external product links lead to Amazon UK with an Associates tracking tag. Amazon may collect information about visits and qualifying purchases as described in its own privacy notices.
